Customer satisfaction – results of the 2011 survey

In August 2011 Salzgitter Flachstahl started the fifth customer satisfaction survey. Altogether, 135 customers received questions about their expectations and satisfaction with the products and services of Salzgitter Flachstahl. As in 2009, the participation rate was very high. The survey is held in regular intervals. The response of the customers to the survey is consistently positive.
One of the most important targets of Salzgitter Flachstahl is the customer satisfaction as well as the loyalty. Thus. it is especially pleasant that the values for loyalty and satisfaction of the 2011 survey even surpass the high values of former surveys.

The analysis of the specific activities allows Salzgitter Flachstahl a comprehensive view over the satisfaction of our customers. The results of this analysis show, that the customers especially appreciate the quality of the products of Salzgitter Flachstahl. From our customer’s point of view, the potential for improvement lies within the areas of punctual delivery and dispatch as well as complaint handling.

The results of the survey show that the taken measures have long-term effects and the achieved level was extended. Through intensified efforts, Salzgitter Flachstahl strives to further improve products and processes and therefore the satisfaction of their customers.
